Job Description

As Business Development Representative (m/f/d) for one of our clients in Berlin, you will be the interface between our sales and marketing team, and represent us externally to potential new customers. You follow up on incoming leads, actively approach potential new customers, and convince them of our technical solution. Do you want to reach the next milestones with us? RESPONSIBILITIES
– Research business opportunities and identify decision-makers on the customer side
– Qualify Marketing leads by cold-calling, emailing and social media
– Convert leads into sales demos and first customer visits, Take care of its organization and coordination
– Refine sales and marketing strategies based on interactions with prospects (e.g.sharpen customer profiles, provide feedback on the suitability of marketing channels, etc.)
– Leverage tools to automate outreach to customers (e.g., via HubSpot and email)
– Collaborate closely with the marketing & sales team
– Develop an understanding of our robotics solution and knowledge of its key features

Job Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Accomplished university degree (B.A / B. Sc.) in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English
– Organizational talent and highly analytical, data-driven mindset
– High level of commitment, motivation, and ability to work independently
– First experience in marketing automation (via HubSpot/ Salesforce)
– Solid understanding of marketing channels such as paid social, SEA, SEO, direct etc.
