For one of our partner platform’s clients, we are looking for “Service Desk Agent with Dutch in Poland”.
Tasks and activities
Tasks & accountabilities of the role:
processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service,
diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them,
forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
ensuring the quality of communication,
registering and analyzing reports,
suggesting improvements and optimizations.
remote work from anywhere in Poland
initial trainings preparing to work,
laptop and if necessary – office inventory (chair, lumbar support pillow etc.),
introduction to a friend program.

fluency in English & Dutch (at least B2, both).
high-level communication skills,
familiarity with computer hardware construction,
knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package,
willingness to work shifts.
Nice to have:
Educational background as an information technology technician.
