We are now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our tight-knit engineering team who understands our platform inside and out and is committed to the highest standards of quality in scaling features and platforms

*Together with the team you will plan, build, maintain and evolve our AWS infrastructure, and will focus on scaling it

*Maintain and improve our CI/CD environment and monitoring solutions

*Continuous monitoring of the platform and infrastructure in line with best practice Ownership of the DevOps engineering and site reliability activities

*Implement continuous integration mechanisms for the purposes of ensuring efficient delivery of code

*Establish structure and rapport between DevOps and Engineering

*Identify bottlenecks, write automation scripts, extend our cloudformation templates and help us in setting up better logging, automated alerts and central monitoring

*Several years of professional experience as a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer

*A degree in business informatics, computer science, or a similar professional training or equivalent work experience

*Deep knowledge of AWS cloud-based architecture and infrastructure (EKS, EC2, Lambdas, RDS)

*Experience with Modern DevOps practices / architecture and experience with AWS / GCP, Heroku, Docker

*Experience with Jenkins pipelines, hosting, scaling and deploying Kubernetes based applications and good knowledge of infrastructure automation with Terraform

*Familiar with database technologies (especially PostgreSQL)

*Ideally you will have startup experience with either finance / transactional / security systems experience

*Ideally you have already built up and led a team
