*We expect that you already co-developed first apps with at least 5 years of professional experience as an Android developer (m/f/o) – but we care less about how long you have been active and more about what you have been doing

*As a longtime Android-lover you should have deep knowledge on Android SDK, Kotlin, MVVM-Pattern and Play Store Releases and act as an expert with Gradle, Git und SQLite

*An open minded team-player, who drives and value the team success, who takes responsibility and is able to collaborate and connect within our 45-strong agile development team

Your tasks:

Mobile first is our goal! We want to make our social intranet software applicable. Therefore you will support our growing mobile team to create something great – packed in a cool and sexy app, to improve the daily work of people worldwide.

*Get „Engaged“: As a Senior Mobile Developer (m/f/o), you actively work every day on the most important topic of our company strategy. The development of new features for our Mobile App company Engage to reach even more of our customers employees

*Improve: You fix and maintain our current company Engage code base and optimize existing code. You have a significant impact on the final product by improving our product and discussing the design with our designers (m/f/o) – while knowing the specialties of the Android platform and material design guidelines

*A Mentor you will be: You will strive for greatness by sharing your expertise and helping less experienced developers of the team to grow their own skills

*Influence: You will be a real influencer! Together with your team you will have much technical freedom, actively contribute to the product roadmap and bring your ideas to make our product better

*Teamwork makes the dream work: Within your cross functional team, you will be collaborating interdisciplinary with diverse people, especially within our Backend Chapter to push our API to the next level
