Your Work:

*You are part of a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for developing, testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product

*You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture

*You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow into leadership position

*You ensure high-quality maintainable code with code reviews, CI/CD and agile development processes

*You help in managing our cloud environments, including AWS and CI/CD

Your Profile:

*You have 4y+ technical experience in backend development and building APIs

*You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)

*You have good understanding of Docker, AWS and services around it

*You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them

*You have good written and verbal communication skills in English

*You have experience with distributed teams as a plus
