WHAT YOU WILL DO

*Create a brand new product in the Fintech industry from scratch

*Full ownership for your area of the product from technical design to delivery & constant improvement

*Lead a collaborative team process to translate user and business needs into development requirements that drive impact

*Support the management to choose the right partners and manage technical service provider on a daily basis

*Scope and prioritize tasks & activities based on business and customer impact

*Breakdown requirements into actionable task & manage priorities in the backlog

*Manage an agile development process, holding responsible for resource-planning and time-to-market

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

*4+ years of product management experience, fintech experience strongly preferred

*Strong experience in agile environments with cross-functional team leadership and iterative release cycles

*Deep technical knowledge and proven experience in API driven development and creating complex data models

*Relevant experience in a regulated environment is a huge plus

*Strong sense of ownership and accountability

*Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, etc. for documentation and mockups

*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
