Your Role

We’re looking for an exceptional (human) individual who wants to change how people see themselves and others. By working on our product, you’ll help others raise the quality for people who need to be heard and seen. The role is predominantly tailored to Frontend development.

Examples of tasks that you might face

Developing a customer-centric frontend (e.g., optimize self-service for our users, improve our video recorder, etc.)

Building product features end-to-end (iteration, maintenance)

Collaborating with other teams (e.g., design, sales, or service) to better understand how customer input can be translated into solutions

Building rapid prototypes (and maybe discard them)

Spontaneous interruptions to build hot fixes

Build integrations with other systems (e.g., Workable, Personio)

Current tech stack we use and you’ll face:

Frontend: ReactJS, Redux, Bulma

Backend: PostgreSQL

Mircoservices: Node.js

Infrastructure: Google Cloud

What we’re looking for

Spoken and written English language skills

~ 3 years of professional JavaScript experience

Ambitious character not afraid to take risks

A person who can put themselves in the user’s shoes

Someone who cares about the phenotype of the code’s genotype

Someone who wants to build solutions
