Responsibilities:
*Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify and road-map opportunities for the role of system optimization, to reduce non-value add tasks, improve employee experience and scale for growth.
*Maintaining and upgrading existing systems performance, conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
*Troubleshooting technical problems; collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, test and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
*Work closely with the stakeholders (Payroll, Recruitment, HR Partners, etc…) on requirements gathering, testing system enhancements, developing user procedures, daily work output.
*Creating and maintaining system guidelines and manuals for the organization
*Assist in resolving User “How To” questions and create relevant job aids/training/aids/learning/ communications. Also provide guidance and training to business teams on the future capabilities of our HR System.
*Provide administrative project/reporting support: Data analyses, monitoring and ensuring data quality, creating documentation and knowledge management.
*Configure and administrate data security and comply with policies and procedures
*Design and develop customized reports as required for business users and management
*Risk mitigation planning
*Project Management and coordination: ensuring that projects are delivered on time with demonstrated positive impact on working operations.
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years-experience in HR Operations, customer facing and process function.
*BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
*Microsoft Excel super user (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)
*Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and analytical thinker. Results orientated.
*Working knowledge of HRIS. Absence Management systems a plus.
*To be able to work with multiple teams and colleagues from various levels and in different locations.
*English and German; High-level written and verbal communication skills
*Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
*Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills.
*A proven ability to run meetings.
*Have familiarity with process mapping, roadmaps and process governance principles.
*A big picture thinker understanding impact and feasibility.
*Ability to structure large amounts of information into a process framework.
*Excellent knowledge of HR, Payroll & Benefits processes, procedures and best practices
*Extensive HR systems reporting, HR process, and project management experience required
*Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
