Your Tasks

*You will develop and be responsible for our company’s e-commerce, channel, and direct telesales strategy

*You will lead and build the sales and channel teams in EMEA and APAC

*You design models for market development based on the market and competition analyses you have prepared and guarantee their successful implementation

*You will develop and be responsible for the annual business and budget planning based on target definitions, forecasts, and regular reports

*Cooperation with adjacent departments and relevant stakeholders is as much a part of your activities as defining sales campaigns with the marketing department

*You will manage the performance of the sales and channel team as well as external agencies such as telesales agencies

Your Profile

*You have several years of sound professional experience in the field of e-commerce and channel management in the software industry e.g. SaaS

*Ideally, you also have experience in telesales management

*You have strong international leadership skills, especially in building up your business and developing new markets

*Profound knowledge and networks of the AEC market, preferably in the areas of CAD and AEC/MFG/M&E are advantageous

*Your results-oriented, strategic approach is characterized by an excellent leadership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit

*You communicate and present in a target group-oriented and business fluent manner in both German and English
