The Role

We’re at an exciting stage and are looking to expand the team. We are looking for a professional and driven Head of Sales with an entrepreneurial mindset who will bring our company’s sales to the next level.

This standalone, key role is both strategic and operational, starting from setting up the sales process and approaching professionally to leading all sales steps themselves.

You will be reporting to our company’s COO and working closely with the whole team. The role includes:

 

*Identifying and approaching prospective customers, leading discussions and negotiations, and facilitating contract signing

*Overseeing our B2B sales process, bringing it to the next professional level, and directing next steps

*Refining our sales materials, channels and initiatives

*Working with the company C-level to shape and refine our go-to-market strategy and value proposition

*Working with the implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and set up for new clients

*Exploring other potential B2B partnerships

*Potentially building a sales team from the ground up

 

 

 

Your Profile

Must have:

 

*You’re a B2B sales rockstar with at least 5 years experience in SaaS industries or Tech startups

*You have a track record of success in prospecting and closing new clients and deals

*You have led sales organizations or set up sales processes from scratch

*You’re fearless and looking to flex your skills by supercharging our company’s sales capabilities

*You’re hands on and don’t stop at no

*You care deeply about clients’ needs and situations

*You have a strategic and entrepreneurial mind that you leverage in negotiations and refining sales strategies

*You have excellent organization skills and set the pace for yourself

*You have excellent communication skills in English

 

 

 

Nice to have:

 

*You have led the shaping of your organization’s go-to-market strategy

*You have an established network of brand contacts within the fashion industry

*You have excellent communication skills in German or other European language
