What you’ll be doing

*Creating an Employee Experience that aligns with our Employer Brand

*Leading creative Employee Engagement Initiatives & conceptualizing events

*Implementing a solid strategy for our office & facility management processes (3 floors / 3.200qm²)

*Assuming ownership for budgets, contracts, key contacts & managing senior stakeholders

*Leading and developing the office management team professionally

*Fostering a meaningful relationship with our team while enforcing plans to improve KPIs & achieve OKRs

Who we are looking for

*Very strong soft skills & a driven and well-organized work ethic

*A degree or comparable experience in hospitality, retail, operations, office management, HR, startups or related fields

*Experience in leading a team or projects with several stakeholders and/or contributors

*A creative mindset & a good eye for aesthetics e.g. in visual merchandising or due to personal interest

*A good understanding of how multi layered needs of a community can be that comes from very diverse backgrounds

*Either very good German or English (spoken & written)
