Job Description

• Responsible for performing Process implementation as per ASPICE /Defined QMS
• Responsible for Defining, Tailoring System and SW development processes
• Should be able to perform Quality Assurance activities independently
• Should be able to coordinate effectively with all project teams/ Customer
• Responsible for Preparing Weekly Quality Report
• Should be able to identify and highlight project issues / Risks timely
• Should identify and lead Continuous Improvement
• Should be flexible to take new challenges with respect to Process and Quality

Job Requirements

• Working knowledge on standards like ASPICE, ISO 9001, ISO26262
• 3+ years of software quality assurance experience in automotive
• Should have a good knowledge of AGILE methodology
• Working knowledge on JIRA, SVN, GIT, DOORs, Redmine and other required tools for Auto Industry
• Knowledgeable in Configuration Management, Ticket handling / Reviews, Quality Reviews/ audit
• Creative and goal-oriented mindset
• Data Analysis & Inferences for decision-making
• Should have good communication and presentation skills
• Should have good problem-solving, analytical, and system thinking skills
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Project coordination and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Function Safety Knowledge -ISO26262 is a plus
• Language skills: English (Fluent) and German (minimum C1 Level)
