We are looking for new colleagues with a dental background, to advise our patients during their treatment. Our medical management team will provide you with the necessary expertise, and they will be sitting a few metres away from you.

What you will do

*You will advise our clients on general medical issues, based on your expertise and our detailed onboarding

*You will look after our patients with regard to their treatment process and give them helpful advice via e-mail, telephone and Whatsapp

*You will communicate with our team of dental technicians and medical staff to provide fast and high-quality feedback and to find solutions together.

Who we are looking for

*You have acquired dental expertise in previous positions

*You are strong in communication, empathic and confident

*You have very good written and spoken English skills. Other European languages (Swedish, Dutch, French, Spanish…) are a big plus!

*You like to take ownership on complex customer enquiries

*You work in a structured way, enjoy working in a team and on the computer
