Your contribution within the team

We are looking for a 2nd Level agent to support our growing team in offering the best support to our customers. You will be responsible for handling complex customer queries via email, making decisions which impact our company reputation, and contributing towards building a strong and efficient team.

*Handling of complex queries

*Creating bug tickets for technical issues

*Processing of cancellations and refunds via email and post

*Replying to public reviews and generating positive reviews

*Assisting 1st Level agents with payment and technical issues

*Staying up to date with new developments in the product

Your essential experience and education

 

*Multiple years of experience working in Customer Support

*Native level German and fluency in English

*Bachelor’s degree in Communication or similar

*Comfortable using technology like Gmail, Google Sheets, JIRA, Zendesk

*Some technical knowledge of apps and websites (no coding necessary)

*A natural need to help people and find the best solution for all involved

*Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills

*Attention to detail while keeping the bigger picture in mind

*The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

*Must be highly organized and be able to juggle multiple tasks daily

*Take initiative for your own learning with the resources provided to you

*You’re empathetic, and a great communicator
