What you can expect:

As our new Director of Quality Assessment, you are responsible for defining and leading the process of our freelancers’ technical quality testing, optimally starting in May 2021.

You will:

*define sets of technical test cases which will be ran against test takers’ solutions at evaluation stage

*build consensus amongst stakeholders by defining a problem, come up with the technical proposal to solve the problem and implement it

*be the main responsible of setting up and conducting the freelancers assessment process

*schedule sprints and prioritize what should be shipped next

*work closely with CTO, Founders and Engineering team impacting a core part of our business

What you will bring to the table:

*extensive professional experience (7+ years) in tech quality assessment, as a CTO, CPO, solutions architect, engineering lead/manager (with additional product knowledge) and/or as a tech architect

*you have previous business experience combined with product/tech background

*ability to read and write clean code

*you are familiar in working in a startup and with an agile mindset

*bringing quality testing experience is a big plus
