Job description:
– You will ensure that SW projects stay on time and on budget
– Leading the SW team (SWSA, SW Technical Lead, SW Developer, SW Tester) is the main focus of your role
– Additionally you ensure the processes and the use of the tools
– Sometimes technical tasks in smaller projects become part of your business
– You will work closely with colleagues in the EMEA region

Requirements:
– You have a degree or equivalent in a technical subject – electronics or computer science
– Additionally, you have proven experience in software project management in a technical context
– You have empathy and enjoy working with people
– High degree of independence, winning appearance, assertiveness
– It is an advantage if you have experience in stakeholder management of large projects
– You speak fluent English and German (min. C1)
