Your responsibilities:

As the first Finance Manager you are responsible for defining Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes. You report directly to one of the MD’s and play a key role in enabling the company’s future growth. You will

*define, implement, and monitor Finance, Accounting and Controlling processes in order to enable us to continue our strong growth path in the years to come

*be responsible for a variety of Finance topics such as working capital management, budget planning, forecasting, and reporting

*set up all financial statements together with our advisors/ consultants, incl P&L reports, balance sheet and CF statement

*implement scalable processes for invoice and receivables management

*conduct analyses on a variety of financial KPIs to steer the business into the right direction

*manage our external Audit and Tax advisors, which will help you with your daily tasks; additionally, you will also be the counterpart for our banks and insurances

*take ownership of various strategic financial projects and run cross-functional project initiatives

What you bring to the table:

*Degree in Finance or Business Administration with focus on Finance/ Accounting/ Controlling

*You have gained relevant work experience in Finance/ Accounting, ideally in a full-time position after graduation (graduates will be considered in case of relevant internships and an outstanding academic track record)

*You enjoy working with numbers, you are detail-oriented and you have a structured approach to solving new challenges

*You are highly motivated to work in a dynamic and young team and you display a “can do” attitude even if challenges are complex

*You speak fluent English and German
