Responsibilities:

*lead the growth in business as well as technology aspects and shape the future of our Talent Solutions & Services

*act as a sparring partner to the CEO and the Editor in Chief of our website and define the future outlook of the business

*be involved in operational segments of the job such as: business development, partnership building, product development, market positioning of the product, P&L, budgeting etc.

*take charge for strategic decisions, and conceptual forming of the products and business

*lead a team of people that are currently working on the Talent Solutions, and you will have a chance to form the team in a way you see fit

Requirements:

*You have experience in Talent Solution platforms like: e-learning, job trainings, personal growth platforms or edu-tech.

*You have a solid network in the DACH region as well as international networks that is connected to the education technology and talent solutions market.

*You are experienced in leadership and know how to motivate and form a team.

*You are willing to get things done, dive deep into operational work but also have a strategic overview and understand the concepts.

*You have experience in building business, you bring an entrepreneurial mind set, you are not afraid of change – you drive it, not only in your own team, but the whole company.

*You have worked before with digital products, understand innovation and growth.

*You are fluent in English, German is a nice plus.
