Responsibilities

* Preparing freight tenders and supervising the completion process

* Analyzing historical shipment/rate/contract data of our customers and consult customers in using the data within our applications

* Consulting of large industry customers regarding the implementation of logistics tenders

* Conducting training (web-based and on-site) for our customers

* Supporting Sales Colleagues during customer visits and with presentations

Qualifications

*Knowledge of logistics/transportation pricing grids of different transport modes (Road, Ocean, Air, Small Parcel, Warehousing) and their application

*Minimum 2 years of working experience in Logistics

*Good MS Office Knowledge in particular Excel and PowerPoint

*Strong analytical thinking

*Customer Service experience would be a plus

*Fluent level of English and German, additional language would be a plus
