What will you do:

*Drive marketing centric, cross functional strategic projects that drive revenue and customer growth and operational efficiencies within the company business from ideation to execution.

*Collaborate with the CMO and the marketing leads to identify near and long term marketing strategic priorities and work with cross functional teams to scope, resource and review these priorities

*Lead in-depth consumer behavior and industry trends analysis and translate into actionable insights, becoming an expert in our business and consumers

*Manage our weekly and monthly marketing operating reviews to refine priorities, track progress / results and drive accountability across teams

*Diagnose changes in marketing performance and leverage consumer behavior insights across performance, brand and CRM to inform tactical and strategic recommendations that shift business trends

*Partner across our marketing teams and data teams to draw business and marketing insights from complex demand modeling and drive recommendations that inform investment decisions

*Formulate and prepare consumer and business metrics materials for the quarterly board of directors meeting, in partnership with the cross-functional marketing leadership team

What you should bring:

*You have a Bachelor’s degree and have 5+ years of relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 2 in management consulting. Marketing experience is a plus but not required.

*You have exceptional analytical skills with the ability to manipulate complex data sets, independently troubleshoot, and communicate detailed analysis in a simplified way.

*You are a strategic problem solver with the proven ability to structure a data-driven approach to complex business problems

*You take ownership and have a high level of accountability

*You have strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior business leaders

*You can think big picture while having the ability to execute with great quality in the details
