Moyyn is Germany’s engineering-focused reverse job platform revolutionizing the way SMEs recruit candidates. We are looking for Talent Acquisition Intern (m/f/x) to support the talent sourcing team.

 

Exemplary tasks – Explore something new every day!
● Work directly with the co-founders
● Acquire candidates for existing partners via Linkedin and other platforms (70% of the time)
● Execute diverse Business Development activities like cold calling, CRM, customer acquisition, direct email marketing.
● Be highly disciplined and motivated to learn something new every day

Your profile:
●You are currently in your Bachelor/Master studies and are looking for an internship.
●You are in love with the startup scene, HR domain & possess a creative mindset.
●You have a good understanding and strong competency in HR domain, talent acquisition, email marketing, cold calling, social media advertising and marketing automation.
●You have excellent verbal & written communication skills to collaborate and motivate across organizational boundaries.
