Role

As a Sales People Strategy Manager, you will lead the team whose primary responsibilities are to:

*Build our new Sales incentives model, with support from our Compensation & Benefits lead

*Define Sales career paths & promotion strategy

*Create and manage our Sales manager playbook

*Contribute to Sales teams organization strategy definition & implementation

*Create KPI-driven models to perfectly monitor Sales staffing plan

*Create action plan linked to said KPI & manage / track implementation with local teams

*Define our Sales training & engagement strategy

*Lead Sales-related internal knowledge management

You will work very closely with our People Strategy team (HR), our Local Sales Excellence teams in France, Germany & elsewhere, as well as our Sales Performance Project Managers & Product Managers.

Ideal profile

*You have worked 4-6 years either at a top Strategy Consulting or People Strategy firm at project management level OR as a Sales manager before moving to project management

*You have strong experience in People & Organization projects, with substantial exposure to Sales

*You are exceptional at managing & building a team – People want to work with you

*You boast outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to “sell” & align multiple strategic stakeholders at Manager & Director level and above

*You are rigorous & highly structured, with outstanding analytical skills

*You excel in fast-paced environments, where prioritization & velocity are key

*You are results oriented with a “get things done”, KPI-driven attitude

*Experience in healthcare is a plus

*You speak German on a native level & you are fluent in English. French is a plus
