Your Responsibilities

*You work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and the VP of Performance Marketing to plan, design & implement PPC campaigns (Google & Bing) and paid social media campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) for our German market.

*You run regular ad testing (A/B tests) to determine what are the best performing and most successful campaigns based on relevant data

*You test and roll-out new functionalities released by Google and other search engines

*Defining audience buckets through demographic data, Facebook insights and Facebook Pixel

*Monitoring and measuring the results of your campaigns to maintain and forecast monthly budget and ROI figures

*You evaluate the latest performance marketing advancements as well as relevant channels and tools to stay on top of industry trends

*You create performance reports based on relevant and actionable KPIs and make recommendations for improvement

*You monitor and analyze KPIs such as ROAS and ROI and report all results of your campaigns and make suggestions to adjust your strategy consequently

Your Profile

*3+ years of relevant experience in performance Marketing with insights in SEA, Facebook and Instagram Ads

*Autonomous and well-structured in your work, you consider yourself as a doer and you have an hands-on attitude

*You have experience with different placements in Google AdWords (Search, Shopping, Display, Retargeting)

*You have a solid understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Search Console

*You have an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of KPIs depending on the campaign objective

*You are results-oriented with an analytical and insightful approach and able to communicate reports and metrics

*Fluent in English and German. Any additional language is beneficial
