WHAT YOU WILL DO

*Create a brand new product in the Fintech industry from scratch

*Full ownership for your area of the product from design to delivery to growth

*Lead a collaborative team process to translate user and business needs into development requirements that drive impact

*Analysis and interpretation of our product data & customer insights to optimize all relevant KPIs

*Design & run A/B or multivariate tests to continuously improve the user experience

*Scope and prioritize tasks & activities based on business and customer impact

*Breakdown requirements into actionable task & manage priorities in the backlog

*Manage an agile development process, holding responsible for resource-planning and time-to-market

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

*4+ years of product management experience, Fintech experience strongly preferred

*Strong experience in agile environments with cross-functional team leadership and iterative release cycles

*Deep knowledge of user behavior and best practices in App & Frontend-Development

*Relevant experience in a regulated environment is a huge plus

*Strong sense of ownership and accountability

*Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Figma, Miro, etc. for documentation and mockups

*Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
