What will be your missions?

*Identify key future product or services needs for healthcare practitioners in Germany and in France, build and drive a full strategy around it

*Select key opportunities and define product/service positioning and business plan

*Identify and if recommended, fully drive potential M&A and partnerships, from sourcing to integration

*Implement the plan successfully and monitor performance month after month

*Accompany our company overall organization in this new product integration :

* * *Help to adapt our internal processes (sales, marketing and operations) to the roll-out of this new product

* * *Foster product knowledge across the entire organization and market

*Build and manage a team of strategy analyst(s)

Who are you?

*You have at least 10 years of experience either in :

* *

* * *Strategy consulting firms

* * *M&A

* * *Corporate strategy team

* *

*

*Having an experience in healthcare is a strong plus;

*You are data driven and have excellent analytical mindset;

*You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver meaningful decisions;

*You are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment;

*You are able to launch operationally an innovative project from scratch;

*You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

*Location: Position based in our Berlin HQ or Paris HQ.
