Your Role
As Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the recruiting process from job description to offer for all our open positions in the Tech area. You will act as a culture gatekeeper and optimize the hiring process together with Aline and the Talent Acquisition Team.
You will
*Work as an expert in your field with various hiring managers from our Tech department to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
*Identify the best and most efficient recruitment channels to constantly increase our staff numbers.
*Review incoming applications, coordinate appointments for job interviews, conduct screening calls and on-site interviews.
*Keep an eye on recruitment trends at all times and evaluate whether they can optimize our recruitment processes. At the same time you are able to recognize roadblocks and put them aside.
*Advance projects in the area of Recruiting Strategy.
What you bring
*A high motivation to find top tech talents with minimal effort and to identify recruitment priorities.
*Data-driven work and the ability to draw correct conclusions for recruitment based on this data.
*An extraordinary “can-do-attitude” and a passion for working with internal stakeholders and candidates.
*2-3 years of experience in the field of Tech Recruitment.
*Business fluent in English and German (nice to have)
