*Communication is key! You are a great communicator and able to explain complex solutions in simple words
*You are the internal key contact person for our strategic clients and coordinate between our Management and the Product Teams
*Industry expertise: You know the key challenges of our strategic clients or industry and how we can help them to handle those challenges
*You anticipate future trends for our strategic clients and the impact on our product portfolio
*You have a strategic perspective and think out of the box. You identify business opportunities that are not always obvious
*You expand our existing network with our large, strategic clients – no cold calling, but lot’s of following up on network connections and making the most on the frequent opportunities knocking on our doors!
*Define business opportunities for those clients and lead the Request for Proposal process
*You help us to continuously improve our Key Account Management approach
What will make you succeed?
*Outstanding communication and excellent interpersonal relationship skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in German and English
*Goal-oriented, organized team player
*Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
*Self-motivated and self-directed, “Can-do” attitude
*In-depth understanding of the Financial Service industry
*Eager to expand our company with new sales and clients
*Strong negotiation skills, ability to “seal the deal”
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international management, economics, engineering, or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
*Four to five years’ previous work experience in Consulting or Financial Service industry
*Strong powerpoint skills and basic skills in Salesforce
