Responsibilities:

– Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling. Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
– Sales Support: Assist senior sales and business development managers in managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and closing sales. Ensure the sales process is efficient and customer-focused.
– Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and understand current market trends that can impact the company.
– Client Meetings and Presentations: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and present company offerings effectively.
– Relationship Management: Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also establishing new ones. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
– Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company targets.
– Reporting: Track sales activities and provide reports on progress and achievements to management.
– Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer service and product offerings.
