Responsibilities:
– Support Product Development: Assist in managing the product development lifecycle from conception to launch. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to product vision and strategy, and help define product goals.
– Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights about customer preferences, market trends, and competitor strategies. Use this data to inform product development decisions.
– Coordinate Across Teams: Work with various teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment with the product’s goals. Help to communicate product features and benefits across departments.
– Analyze Performance: Monitor and report on the performance of the product. Analyze metrics and feedback to propose improvements or adjustments to the product strategy.
– User Experience and Feedback: Help facilitate user testing and feedback sessions to gather detailed user insights. Use these insights to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
– Documentation: Assist in the creation of product documentation and user manuals. Ensure that all stakeholders have access to up-to-date product information.
Requirements:
– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
– Technical Skills: Familiarity with product management tools (like JIRA, Asana, Trello) and basic understanding of software development processes.
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
– Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project scopes. An eager and quick learner who can cope with a fast-paced environment.
